What’s the difference between free and Premium?
The free version lets you explore the app — weight tracking, reminders, 5 sample recipes, 20 approved foods per category, and up to 5 Angel chats per day. Premium unlocks everything: all 260+ recipes, all 250+ approved foods, the daily tracker and wellness journal, the shopping list builder, and 100 Angel messages a day. Premium is a separate subscription — monthly, annual, or lifetime.
Do I need a program to use the app?
