These Terms of Use apply to the Slim By Nature website (slimbynature.com.au) and the SBN Life mobile application (available on iOS and Android). By using our website or app, you agree to these terms.

Shipping

(a) Shipping Policies and Rates

Orders within Australia: Item/s are dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of the order unless communicated differently.
International Orders: Please allow 4-10+ weeks for delivery, due to customs delays.
Express post: Orders usually arrive within 1-3 working days.

(b) Shipping options available at checkout:

$15.00 Express Post (within Australia) — please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
Flat rate of $30.00 for all International Orders.

(c) Our main courier is Australia Post, however other courier services may be used from time to time. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

International Orders

Please note — some items may be confiscated by customs within your own country. Slim By Nature takes no responsibility for the actions of others (customs or postal service) and cannot be held responsible for a parcel that gets lost or confiscated.

Guarantees

Slim By Nature offers no guarantees.

Please Note: E-books (RRP $49.95), online courses and other digital products are NOT eligible for refunds after they have been accessed.

Digital Content Licence

Upon your payment of our fees for digital content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to infringe the rights of the digital content's copyright owner (Slim By Nature) and to comply with all applicable laws.
You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the digital content.
You acknowledge that the digital content embodies the intellectual property of Slim By Nature and is protected by law.

Return/Refund Policy

Slim By Nature will not issue Returns/Refunds or credits for change of mind or incorrectly ordered purchases. All sales are final.

It is the responsibility of the client to seek professional medical advice prior to commencing any detox program. No refunds will be issued for the advice provided after purchasing any products.

Faulty, recalled, damaged or partially used products will be addressed and assessed on a case by case basis.

Cancellation of Events

All Slim By Nature event tickets, once purchased are non-refundable.

SBN Rewards Program

The SBN Rewards program allows eligible customers to earn points on purchases, account actions, and referrals. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Earning Points

Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases
Bonus points may be awarded for account creation (50 points), leaving a review (25 points), setting your birthday (100 points), downloading the SBN Life app (50 points), and successful referrals (200 points)
Points are credited to the email address associated with your SBN account
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts

Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for discount codes: 100 points = $5 off, 200 points = $10 off, 500 points = $25 off
A minimum order of $49 AUD is required to use a rewards discount code
Discount codes are single-use and expire 90 days after generation
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise

Membership Tiers

Member: 0+ lifetime points earned
Silver: 500+ lifetime points earned (includes early access to sales)
Gold: 2,000+ lifetime points earned (includes free shipping on all orders)

Referral Program (Give $20, Get $20)

Existing customers may generate a unique referral code to share with friends
The referred friend receives $20 off their first order with a minimum spend of $149 AUD
The referrer receives a $20 discount code and 200 bonus points when the friend completes their purchase
Referral codes expire 90 days after generation
Self-referrals are not permitted and will not be honoured
One referral reward per unique friend (same email address)

General

Slim By Nature reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program at any time with reasonable notice
We reserve the right to cancel points or rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms
Points balances may be adjusted if awarded in error

SBN Life Mobile Application

The SBN Life app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By downloading and using the app, you agree to these terms in addition to the applicable app store terms.

The app provides access to detox program tracking tools, approved food lists, recipes, a wellness journal, weight tracking, and our AI companion Angel. Some features require an active SBN Life Premium subscription.

SBN Life Premium Subscriptions

SBN Life Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription: billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase
Annual subscription: billed annually at the price displayed at the time of purchase
Lifetime access: one-time purchase, no recurring billing

Billing and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may vary by region based on app store pricing

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions)
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Premium features until your subscription expires
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Free and Premium Features

Free users have access to limited Angel AI messages (5 per day), sample recipes, and basic program information
Premium subscribers receive full access to all recipes, the complete approved food list, wellness journal, daily tracker, shopping list builder, and 100 Angel AI messages per day

Changes to Subscription

Slim By Nature reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Premium features at any time

AI Companion (Angel)

Angel is an AI-powered wellness companion provided within the SBN Life app. Angel provides general wellness information based on the SBN program and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Slim By Nature does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or health routine.
