HOW TO USE
1To support digestion: Drink 20-40 minutes before a meal.
For general wellbeing and health benefits: Drink whenever you like, as often as you like!
Dosage:
Directions to use: 1 teaspoon per 200ml (cup) boiling water. Steep 5-10 mins.
Not to be taken by children under 16 or if pregnant.
Store below 25°C in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight.
Refrigerate after opening.

Cautions and Contraindications:
In some individuals at high levels, ginger may increase bleeding, and therefore may need to be avoided in bleeding disorders. It is essential to be aware of the side effects of burdock including contact dermatitis and other allergic/inflammatory responses that might be evoked by burdock. Licorice possesses mineralocorticoid-like effects, which in some cases may cause hypokalemia, hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia and myopathy. Those taking fludrocortisone or medicines which can deplete potassium should avoid Licorice. Nettle may cause digestive discomfort in some when used in excess amounts. This may also present as diarrhea, constipation, and upset stomach. Touching the stinging nettle plant can cause skin irritation, however, in appropriate amounts it is likely safe to touch. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting or prolonged diarrhoea occur desist use and consult your doctor. Seek professional advice before using if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical supervision.
