Slim By Nature (ABN registered, trading as SBN) operates the website slimbynature.com.au and the SBN Life mobile application. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refers to Slim By Nature.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our website or app:

Account information: Name, email address, and shipping address when you create an account or place an order
Order data: Purchase history and order details via our Shopify store
Program data: Your detox program type, start date, daily checklist entries, wellness metrics (energy, mood, sleep, digestion, cravings, skin), weight and waist measurements, food diary entries, and wellness journal text recorded in the SBN Life app. With your consent (default on, switchable off in app Settings › "Back up my data"), this information is also backed up to our servers and tied to your email address so you can recover it after reinstalling or moving to a new phone. You can delete this cloud backup at any time from the app or by emailing hello@slimbynature.com.au.
Quiz responses: Answers to our wellness quiz used to recommend suitable programs
Device information: Push notification tokens, device type, and platform (iOS/Android) for sending app notifications
Chat conversations: Messages sent to our AI companion Angel for customer support purposes
Email subscriptions: Email address and subscription source when you opt in to our mailing list
Loyalty and referral data: Points balance, earning history, referral codes, and referred friend email addresses for our SBN Rewards program

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalise your detox program experience
To process and fulfil your orders
To provide customer support via our AI companion Angel and human support team
To send push notifications about your program, reminders, and product updates (with your consent)
To send marketing emails about wellness tips, recipes, and offers (with your consent)
To recommend suitable programs based on your quiz responses
To manage your SBN Rewards points balance, tier status, and referral activity
To generate and deliver discount codes earned through loyalty points or referrals

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices:

Order and customer data is stored in Shopify (PCI-DSS compliant)
Program data and quiz results are stored in Supabase (SOC 2 Type II compliant, hosted in Australia)
App data is stored locally on your device with cloud sync for backup
AI conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API and are not used to train AI models
Support tickets are managed via FreshDesk

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Shopify: E-commerce platform for orders and payments
Supabase: Cloud database for app data and user profiles
Anthropic (Claude): AI engine powering our Angel companion
FreshDesk: Customer support ticket management
Expo: Mobile app push notification delivery
RevenueCat: In-app subscription management and purchase verification
Apple App Store / Google Play: In-app purchase billing and subscription management
Vercel: Website hosting
Google Analytics: Website usage analytics (anonymised)

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
