Change of Mind Returns

Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our Supplement and Nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you. If you are unsure on what product to select, please contact the Customer Service team at [email protected].

Please double check your order before placing it. If a wrong product is selected at check-out and purchased, please contact Slim By Nature immediately, at its sole discretion, Slim By Nature may agree to swap the product to the correct item, if the order has not yet been dispatched.

If the order has been dispatched before you have contacted Slim By Nature, we will not be held responsible for the wrong product being selected. Any wrong product selected will be treated as a ‘Change of Mind’, and hence this policy will come into effect.

Please Note: E-books, Digital products, Program Guides and Recipe books are NOT eligible for store credits after they have been accessed.  Each guide has a product value of $49.95 and will be deducted from the order total. The cost of postage is also non refundable.  

Other Returns

When required under Australian Consumer Law, Slim By Nature Pty Ltd will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Please take a photo and contact us within 14 days of receiving the product(s), so that we can further investigate the issue. To make your claim please email the following information to our support team:

  • Name- Product Details
  • Proof of Purchase (including order number)
  • Details of issue with products
  • Photos of damaged or faulty product/s

Problems with Delivery or Shipping

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrive damaged, please contact us at [email protected] to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair, or refund.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

Changes to this Returns Policy

Subject always to the operation of the Australia Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
