Cautions and Contraindications:
In some individuals at high levels, ginger may increase bleeding, and therefore may need to be avoided in bleeding disorders. It is essential to be aware of the side effects of burdock including contact dermatitis and other allergic/inflammatory responses that might be evoked by burdock. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting or prolonged diarrhoea occur desist use and consult your doctor.
