INGREDIENTS

  • Half a Cup of hempseed

  • A handful of Cherry Tomatoes

  • Half a Lemon to squeeze the juice

  • 1 cup of flat parsley leaves

  • Quarter cup of min leaves

  • Quarter of a large red onion (or half a small one)

  • 2 TBSP olive oil

  • Seasonings to taste (garlic salt, pepper, cayenne pepper)

Equipment

  • Chopping board, sharp knife, mixing bowl

METHOD

Use the chopping board and sharp knife to carefully chop all the ingredients into small pieces.

  • Place into mixing bowl & mix well

  • Pour on Hempseeds, mix well

  • Squeeze lemon juice

  • Season to taste

  • Mix well

  • Add Love…

Try adding a bit of a twist by adding pistachio nuts or walnuts
